For over 30 years, I’ve led and developed people inside Fortune 100 and 500 companies — managing teams of 30+ and guiding leaders through growth, uncertainty, and change.
My background blends:
A Bachelor’s in Psychology
A Master’s in Pastoral Care
iPEC certification as a Professional Coach
Three decades of leadership development experience
